Oh, snap! Antonio Brown is back in the States, and not for a friendly visit. Word on the street is our brother is facing some serious heat after being extradited from Dubai. It looks like AB’s got some explaining to do after that alleged incident at the Adin Ross boxing event in Florida.
Sources say AB was escorted back by federal agents from the UAE to the New York area. Then, he was handed over to the local PD, and now he’s headed back to South Florida where the alleged incident occurred. It’s giving “perp walk vibes.”
Brown is expected to face one count of attempted second-degree murder with a deadly weapon. Whew, chile, that’s heavy!
The person who filed the charges, Zul-Qarnain Kwame Nantambu, is claiming that Brown went off the rails during the influencer boxing event and allegedly pulled a handgun, attempting to shoot him.
AB is singing a different tune, though. He’s saying he was just defending himself and that folks at the event were trying to jump him. We’re waiting for all the tea to be spilled.
This latest legal drama is just another chapter in Brown’s rollercoaster ride since leaving the NFL. The streets are talking, and folks are split. Is he misunderstood, or has he lost control? Time will tell.
