Blueface didn’t stop there; he even suggested they had relations just days before SB and Martinez’s 2022 baby shower, hinting that he might be the father. He also made some pretty explicit remarks about Martinez’s alleged behavior. Martinez, of course, clapped back, denying all the allegations as “false and defamatory.” She did admit they had protected sexual relations once in 2018, years before the online drama.
Martinez and her legal team swiftly sent a cease-and-desist letter, demanding Blueface remove all his defamatory statements from social media. When he failed to comply and instead mocked her, saying things like, “Nobody ever said your name… I don’t even know who you are,” she wasted no time filing the defamation lawsuit.
In April 2025, Blueface lost the case by default. A judge ordered him to pay a total of $123,243.10. This judgment included $100,000 for non-economic damages (for her pain and suffering), $18,000 in special damages, $3,070 for attorney’s fees, and an additional $2,173 in legal costs.

Now, recent reports indicate Blueface still hasn’t settled his debt to Martinez, and with interest, it’s climbed to approximately $131,655. MyNewsLA reports that Martinez filed writs of execution with the Sheriff’s Offices in Los Angeles and Sacramento Counties on Wednesday, December 24. Her documents clearly state that the default judgment, plus accrued interest, remains unpaid.
This new filing comes after Judge Peter Hernandez already ordered that Blueface’s music royalties be paid directly to Martinez. Earlier this month, the judge mandated that royalties collected by BMI and ASCAP on Blueface’s behalf be assigned to Martinez to satisfy the judgment.
