Marketing platform Cliqk just announced a major power move, acquiring four ventures founded by entrepreneur Ilias Anwar. The deal, valued at approximately $900,000, includes TCC Entertainment, 50 percent of Tapped AI, Creator Week, and Ilias Events.
As part of the acquisition, Anwar joins the founding team as Chief Marketing Officer, integrating his ecosystem of live analytics, media production, and large-scale community experiences into the company. Cliqk is a one-click platform designed to launch brands everywhere at once—from billboards and social ads to events and press runs. The company is building the foundation for what it calls Vibe Marketing and a Marketing Co-Pilot to automate cultural distribution.
For nearly eight years, Anwar has operated at the center of entertainment, tech, and community-building. He grew TCC Entertainment into a media company generating over 1.5 billion views across digital campaigns and branded storytelling. He also cultivated networks across New York and Los Angeles designed to connect artists, founders, and investors in cultural environments rather than stuffy industry boardrooms.

“Ilias did not just build an audience,” said Cliqk CEO Rohan Gurram. “He built an ecosystem. His network gives Cliqk cultural presence, operational reach, and credibility in a way most startups never achieve.”

In 2021, Anwar co-founded Tapped AI, a platform that used analytics to help artists and promoters identify where their audiences were and where to perform next. It provided a data-driven strategy for independent live touring.

“Tapped was about clarity,” Anwar said. “It helped artists understand where real opportunity existed. Now, that same principle is the foundation of Cliqk. We are helping brands and creators understand where their story should move. We are officially bringing vibe marketing.”

The acquisition also includes TCC Entertainment, a high-impact media producer; Ilias Events, a community hub for over 20,000 creatives and investors; and Creator Week. The flagship festival will now operate as Cliqk’s annual summit, with plans to scale to San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and Dubai by 2026.

“Everything I built was about bringing people together,” Anwar said. “Cliqk lets me scale that. It is the platform that turns culture into movement and movement into momentum.”

By integrating this ecosystem, Cliqk now has a full launch engine: data from Tapped AI, storytelling from TCC Entertainment, community from Ilias Events, and a global stage with Creator Week.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Anwar will lead global growth, cultural programming, and creative positioning. He joins a founding team that blends academic rigor with cultural fluency, including Yale-trained systems strategist Rohan Gurram, former neurosurgical AI researcher Alvin Pan, and cultural operator Gary “Bolo” Sargeant, who was responsible for marketing superstars like Beyoncé, J. Cole, and Young Thug.
This move positions Cliqk as the first AI startup to absorb a live creative ecosystem rather than simply integrating with one, reflecting a shift toward platforms that scale culture as intentionally as they scale software.

“Cliqk will define how brands and creators launch in the new era of internet culture,” Anwar said. “This is not an exit. This is the beginning.”
