According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Selene Finance LP filed a motion this week stating that Cole stopped making mortgage payments on a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home outside Atlanta back in December 2025. The company is now seeking permission from a bankruptcy judge to explore recovery options, including possible foreclosure.
