Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit, this one from a man who claims the rapper sexually assaulted him as a minor under the pretense of advancing his acting career.
According to court documents obtained by BlkCosmo, the plaintiff, filing as John Doe, says he was already working as a child actor when he was invited to a Hollywood Hills party in 2007 as a networking event. That’s where he says he encountered Sean “Diddy” Combs. The man alleges that Combs pulled him aside to discuss career opportunities in private.

The lawsuit alleges that once they were alone, Combs began touching the man’s body, then performed oral sex on him while also pleasuring himself. According to the complaint, the man expressed discomfort before that act occurred.
After the alleged encounter, the man says Combs told him he’d keep him in mind for future opportunities before leaving the room. The plaintiff claims he was in shock and left the party shortly after.

The suit names Combs and several agents, claiming they had a responsibility to protect the plaintiff from such harm. He’s seeking unspecified damages.
Combs’ representative Juda Engelmayer dismissed the allegations in a statement to BlkCosmo. “The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child. These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”
