Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit from a man who claims Diddy sexually assaulted him when he was a minor under the guise of helping his acting career. In court docs, a man suing as John Doe said he was a working child actor when invited to a Hollywood Hills party in 2007 as a networking event, where he met Diddy.

D4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, has been formally charged with first-degree murder with special circumstances in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas. Celeste's remains were discovered in an abandoned Tesla in September 2025. Burke also faces charges for sexual offenses involving a minor and body mutilation. He could face life without parole or the death penalty if convicted.
