Diddy is headed back to the hole. FCI Fort Dix is sending him back into the Special Housing Unit, better known as solitary confinement, according to BlkCosmo sources.
Multiple sources tell BlkCosmo the move comes in response to this week’s NBC News report about his alleged VIP prison stay. The investigation found claims of a lavish lifestyle featuring massages, fancy meals, contraband booze, and other inmates handling his chores.
Prison officials are conducting an investigation, and this kind of housing transfer is standard procedure.
This isn’t Diddy‘s first time in solitary. He was placed in SHU back in July following a prison fight. Sources said he spent that stretch with limited movement, minimal contact, and extended isolation.
The NBC report detailed several allegations from sources inside the facility. They claimed he had access to a contraband cellphone he used to view private photos, and that other inmates allegedly cleaned his toilet before use.
According to the outlet, fellow prisoners were making his bed, doing laundry, and preparing meals including curry chicken, pizza, and empanadas. His associates reportedly deposited thousands into commissary accounts to support the arrangement.
Federal Bureau of Prisons records show he’s currently scheduled for release on Jan. 21, 2028, though that date has shifted multiple times since his initial June 2028 projection.
He was convicted in 2025 on two counts of transporting people across state lines for prostitution.
Prosecutors charged him with staging “freak-offs” involving his girlfriends and male escorts. A jury acquitted him on more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
He received a 50-month sentence in federal prison, and his time inside has been far from quiet.
