In his latest chat with Bobbi Althoff, our boy from Toronto didn’t hold back. He tackled those long-standing rumors about getting surgery on his abs, and even addressed the chatter about a possible BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift). Can you believe it?
When Althoff straight-up asked if he’d gone under the knife for his stomach, Drake shut it down. But, ever the entertainer, he played right into the internet jokes. Gotta love the confidence!
“People also say that I got a BBL, right? They call me ‘BBL Drizzy.’ I don’t know if my wagon looked crazy when I walked in here, but did it?” he quipped, turning that viral nickname into pure comedy. A true punchline king!
But it wasn’t all laughs. Drake got real, opening up about the “culture vulture” label some folks have slapped on him.
“I experience a lot of guilt tripping in my life where people are like, ‘This is your fault,’” he shared. “My intentions are pure. People will describe the collaborative efforts I’ve put forth and the artists I’ve shined a light on as me taking. They’ll put a negative spin on it and try to tell me it’s self-serving. I get real sensitive about that.” He’s basically saying, his heart’s in the right place! It’s all about uplifting the culture, fam.
Between cracking jokes about a “BBL” and keeping it 100 about his career, Drake reminds us again that he’s not one to shy away from addressing the internet’s non-stop buzz. He hears us, sees us, and isn’t afraid to engage!
