FBG Casino Reaches Plea Deal in Fentanyl Case
Facing Prison Time

Future’s brother, FBG Casino, has entered a plea deal in his federal fentanyl case following a significant drug bust. Federal agents discovered 17 kilograms of fentanyl stashed in an Airbnb property that authorities say he was using as a distribution center.

FBG, whose real name is Rico Deville Buice, pleaded guilty Thursday to conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute. The plea agreement marks a turning point in what prosecutors have treated as a serious narcotics operation.

Sentencing is scheduled for January 7, though the judge hasn’t yet imposed a sentence. The mandatory minimum for this offense is 10 years in federal prison, with a maximum sentence of life and up to a $10 million fine hanging over him.

His request to remain free on pre-trial release until sentencing was denied by the court. As a result, he was remanded into custody.

The FBI and DEA executed a search warrant on the Airbnb property in November 2025. What they found painted a detailed picture of an organized distribution operation: 17 kilograms of suspected fentanyl bricks, between $300,000 and $388,000 in cash, a Glock handgun with ammunition, an extended magazine, a money counter, and destroyed cell phones.

Under the plea agreement, Buice has agreed to forfeit the Glock, ammunition, magazine, and $388,930 in seized cash to the federal government.
