Megan Thee Stallion isn’t backing down in her defamation and cyberstalking lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz.
So much so that an incarcerated Tory Lanez is being roped into proceedings.
According to legal journalist Meghann Cuniff, Megan’s legal team is seeking to question Lanez under oath, due to his alleged involvement with the blogger whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper.
Both Lanez and Cooper’s lawyers are not opposing this request and the questioning will be conducted via video as Lanez remains incarcerated following his conviction related to Megan’s shooting incident.
Just to jog memories: in July 2022 Megan was shot in the feet following an argument with Lanez after leaving a party at Kylie Jenner’s house. In December 2022, Lanez was found guilty of assault with a firearm, leading to a 10-year prison sentence.
This latest development is part of Megan’s ongoing fight against what she claims is misinformation and harassment stemming from the trial. In the midst of the legal battle, Megan continues to focus on her career. Indeed, she recently celebrated her birthday with new a tequila brand launch.
