Myron Gaines Says Men Living With Girlfriends Is Gay

Former “Fresh & Fit” host Myron Gaines has some controversial takes on relationships. Recently, he told men to avoid living with their girlfriends, claiming it would make them less ambitious. His comments have sparked serious debate about relationship dynamics and what healthy partnerships actually look like.

During a livestream, Myron doubled down on his stance, arguing that relationship dynamics between men and women require complete separation—even engagement rings don’t get a pass in his worldview. He suggested that cohabitation strips men of their drive and independence.

When listeners pushed back with practical points—like how living together could mean more quality time and intimacy—Myron shut it down immediately. “No, no, no, no,” he replied, refusing to entertain the idea.

His argument centered on effort and ambition. Myron claimed women don’t have to work as hard to attract partners, while men must constantly prove themselves. He framed this as the natural order, drawing from what he called a “zero tolerance policy” in relationships.

Things got darker when he addressed sexless relationships. Myron told viewers to leave their partners—married or engaged—without hesitation. His reasoning? He believes a woman’s primary role is cooking and providing sexual access. Those who don’t meet this standard, he said, should be sent away entirely.

The podcast host went viral months back after it was revealed he’d never been in a relationship before meeting his ex-girlfriend, Angelica Camacho. She allegedly left him for someone else. He is currently single, and his commentary continues to draw criticism for its reductive view of women and partnership.
