Nicki Minaj is facing another legal battle over an alleged unpaid debt. This time, a law firm claims she’s refusing to settle what they’re owed.
According to court filings obtained by BlkCosmo, the law firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP is suing Nicki Minaj in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The firm says they provided her with legal services starting in 2024.

The tab they’re seeking: $229,541. That’s for legal work related to a copyright infringement lawsuit filed against the rapper.
The firm claims Minaj never responded to their suit, which led to a default entry in the case. A hearing is scheduled for September to determine whether the court will enter a default judgment against her.
This isn’t the first time Minaj has faced money-related legal trouble. Back in March, BlkCosmo reported that she was sued in a separate case by a production company claiming she owed them $275,000.
The bills keep piling up.
