Thank you for sharing its important that we learn about these ailments in order to help others
Some women can have all of the following and not have PCOS . A lot of women have some hair on chin and nipples
Thank you for posting thisssss!
Hey cysters! I was diagnosed when I was about 16 or 17, I’m now 27. I was put on birth control at first, and stayed on it for maybe 3 years ( off and on because I was horrible at remembering to take it) and finally made the decision to stop taking it and find natural remedies. Thought it’s still a struggle I always feel best when I’m eating clean. I have a sweet tooth like no other and it’s honestly what I struggle most with knowing that the sugar is contributing to the problem yet I just can’t resist! Anyway, find a doctor that WILL LISTEN TO YOU. Stay away from birth control if you can and eat right. ❤️🙏🏾 Oh and for acne and dark spots, black soap has been improving my skin a lot, along with tea tree oil as a spot treatment, raw Shea butter to moisturize and try a vitamin c serum!

Yeah. Your going thru, by yourself. I’m 45, I use Oregano oil for those sensitive areas, from Organic Oregano. Dried, then oils ADDED. Sits in a warm area, then I use AFTER that. A Jar, lasts about 6 months I don’t use a razor, I use very fine scissors. ALSO understand ” metals” . I’ve changed deodorant, which has metals, toothpaste, EVERYTHING
I hate it i have mines right now that makes me so self conscious it really puts me in my feelings sometimes

Just get an electrolysis 🤷🏽♀️ #simple
I’m suffering too😞😞😞today is just one of those horrible days, irregular periods and this month is one of those cycles where the period decided not to show up 😞😞
Electrolysis has been a game changer for the facial hair. Now I’ve got chest hair 🤦🏾♀️. I’m going to try to cut out dairy, processed foods. and add more exercise.

Please visit your gynaecologist for treatment as it is controlable
I’ve seen worse love.
Love the transparency. I’ve helped several clients reverse their PCOS symptoms through Keto eating and exercise. It’s truly a game changer, especially when it comes to PCOS. I just want ladies to know that there is hope!
Never heard of it but symptoms remind me of myself
It’s an everyday struggle! Hang in there sistas ✊🏽
Thanks for sharing
I used to be so embarrassed by the additional hair growth. So glad that we are talking more about #PCOS and how we’re not weird for our symptoms.
