“I’ve had three plastic surgeries, and two of them you would never be able to tell,” she said in a viral TikTok where she divulged new information about her life. “Guess!”
In the comments, one fan took a stab at Biles’ transformations.
“Boobs, skinny bbl, and eye lift or skin tightening?” they commented. “I’m literally guessing bc I can’t tell lol.”
Biles then confirmed that she had a breast augmentation. She added that she had a “lower bleph” because of “THE WORST eye bags,” and she had earlobe surgery after an earring was ripped out of her ear at a younger age.

The Olympic champ then discussed her experience with Botox. Biles said that when she got “baby Botox” for her birthday, one eyebrow would slowly creep up involuntarily.
“For my 27th birthday, I got Botox — like, baby Botox, just right here in my T-zone,” she explained. “And I did not like it. So, I haven’t got it again. And mind you, that was back in March. I would be standing at practice, and then my eyebrow would be slowly going up. … It would go back down in 20 seconds. And it would randomly do that. Now, I can do all the facials, so, not doing that again.”

Is retired from competitive gymnastics? While she hasn’t confirmed or denied, some fans think her breast augmentation is a sign that she wants to move on with her life.
