After Brown posted a video of her bruised face to Instagram in June 2026, Morgan was investigated for alleged domestic dispute. He denied all allegations, and Brown later clarified she never called him an abuser. In late June, Morgan was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and cruelty to children. Meanwhile, his co-host Francesca Amiker filed a defamation suit against Brown for false accusations of an affair. The situation escalated further when Brown was arrested on kidnapping charges related to her missing daughter from 2019.
