Jay-Z is spitting fiction, not facts, when he claims Colin Kaepernick agreed to be silenced by the NFL. An allegation Jay dropped live on stage at Yankee Stadium, one refuted by sources speaking to TMZ Sports. Colin did not sign a non-disparagement agreement when he settled his lawsuit claiming NFL teams were colluding to keep him out of the league. No such clause was included in the 2019 deal, with plenty of receipts to back that up through social media posts where Kaepernick has remained critical.

Blueface’s Music Royalties Diverted to Soulja Boy’s Baby Mama for Debt Settlement
Rapper Blueface's music royalties are now going to Soulja Boy's baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez, to pay off a massive debt he owes her. According to court docs, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted Jackilyn's request to redirect all of Blueface's royalties from ASCAP and BMI to her in order to pay off a $123K judgment. Jackilyn got a default judgment for that amount back in April 2025 after Blueface apparently blew off a lawsuit she filed against him.

The Notorious B.I.G.'s son, Christopher Wallace Jr., claims his grandmother's will was drastically changed weeks before her death and is now bringing the matter to court. Christopher filed court docs saying his grandmother, Voletta Wallace, died in February 2025. He said 15 days before his grandmother died, Voletta signed an amendment to her will that cut out her grandchildren and appointed Wayne Barrow as executor. Christopher claims the signatures on the amendment seem facially inconsistent and warrant further scrutiny by an expert.
