Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta are nearing an agreement to settle her bombshell lawsuit, which featured sexual harassment allegations and a slew of other disturbing claims. According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, counsel for each side met June 4 for mediation and agreed in principle to settle the case. The court took the next hearing off the calendar to give the parties a chance to finalize the deal.

Carol Maraj agreed to a 400K settlement after her husband Robert was fatally struck in 2021. The driver Charles Polevich paid 300K and an insurance company contributed 100K. After legal fees of 133K and reimbursements of 9800, the estate received 234K remaining. Carol had sued for loss of companionship following the incident in New York. Charles was sentenced to a year in jail for Robert's death in his criminal case before the civil lawsuit settled.
