What did Kayla Nicole‘s father really think about Travis Kelce? Here’s what he said about the men his daughter has dated.

These days, it seems that every time Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift make headlines, people wonder what the football player’s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, thinks about it all.

While the chapter on Nicole and Kelce’s relationship closed years ago, she remains the last person he dated publicly before Swift. Nicole watched from the sidelines as her ex moved on with one of the biggest pop stars on the planet—a moment that sparked plenty of conversation across social media.

On July 3, Swift and Kelce celebrated the biggest night of their lives saying “I do” at Madison Square Garden in front of 1,000 guests and enough star power to light up the night sky. News outlets quickly began reporting on what Nicole was doing that evening and what could be running through her mind during such a monumental moment.

Nicole shared a photo on her Instagram Stories that same day showing the sun setting over a city skyline with the caption, “Look at her.” The podcaster didn’t reveal whether she was actually in New York or somewhere else entirely. While Nicole doesn’t owe anyone an explanation about her ex’s wedding, her father didn’t hold back when he shared his honest take—declaring that Kelce simply wasn’t good enough for his daughter.

Days before the wedding of the year, Nicole’s father Roosevelt Brown appeared on The Pre-Game podcast and made his position crystal clear—no man is “good enough” for his daughter, period.

“That’s part of the problem to me, you guys go to the 10th floor in two days. You ain’t earned 10th floor money yet,” Brown explained with conviction. “No guy is ever good enough for my daughter. God instilled that, until you prove that you are, you’re just not.”
