Zendaya has mastered the red carpet long ago, but her looks for “The Odyssey” premiere circuit are operating on another level entirely. One particular dress, though, has everyone absolutely captivated.
At the film’s London world premiere, Zendaya wore a show-stopping Schiaparelli couture gown from Daniel Roseberry’s fall/winter 2026 collection. The Grecian-inspired piece featured a sculptural breastplate bodice and beaded ombré fringe skirt—exactly the kind of architectural elegance that defines her aesthetic. Stylist Law Roach pulled the look, and it landed perfectly. But the real story here isn’t just about the dress itself.
According to ELLE, Roach spotted the gown on the Schiaparelli runway during Paris Fashion Week and made an instant decision. The catch? The London premiere was happening that same day. Most stylists would’ve moved on. Roach didn’t.
He chartered a private jet for both himself and the dress. The gown literally went from the runway to the red carpet in a matter of hours—a logistical feat that feels like something out of a fashion thriller. Speaking backstage in Paris, Roach explained it to a French reporter with casual confidence: “I have a private jet waiting for me and for her [the dress], to get that dress off of her, to get it to London to put it on a very special girl.”
When asked if the Odyssey theme influenced his choice, he simply smiled. “Maybe!”
That kind of dedication to the craft is exactly what keeps Roach and Zendaya operating in a category of their own. The execution matters. The details matter. The willingness to move heaven and earth for the right moment? That’s what separates good styling from iconic styling.
“The Odyssey” arrives in theaters July 17.
