50 Cent is taking legal action to stop what he says is a targeted harassment campaign against his 14-year-old son, Sire. According to court documents obtained by BlkCosmo, the rapper is asking a judge to issue an injunction against Tia Kemp, 50 Cent‘s ex and Rick Ross’ baby mama, over allegations of cyberstalking.
In the filing, 50 alleges that Kemp has repeatedly made disparaging comments about Sire online, calling him “slow” and claiming he’s on the autism spectrum. The posts span multiple publications, with four separate instances occurring within just six days in late October.
One of the more serious allegations involves Kemp posting a photo of Sire alongside sexually explicit imagery. The court documents suggest the explicit image was of Daphne Joy, Sire’s mother.
In an October 25 interview, Kemp again reportedly attacked the teenager, claiming he “can’t talk.” The pattern of public commentary prompted 50’s legal team to send a cease-and-desist letter demanding Kemp remove the posts and cease the behavior.
Rather than comply, Kemp reportedly posted portions of the cease-and-desist letter on social media with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.” That defiant response essentially became the final straw for the rapper’s legal camp.
50 contends that the sustained pattern of public attacks has caused his son significant emotional harm, including humiliation, embarrassment, and mental anguish. He believes Kemp will continue the behavior without court intervention.
The petition, filed Monday in Miami-Dade County, Florida, seeks both an immediate temporary injunction and a final injunction following a hearing. The documents identify Sire by his initials to protect his privacy.
The move marks an escalation in what appears to be a long-running feud. Kemp has been vocal on social media about her issues with 50 and his circle for years, but this legal action suggests the rapper now views the online commentary as crossing a legal line when it directly targets his minor child.
We’ve reached out to Kemp for comment. She hasn’t responded as of publication.
