Alright, spill the tea! Word on the street is an Aussie dude went straight for Ariana Grande at the “Wicked” premiere in Singapore. And now he’s chilling in jail for nine days because of it. Let’s get into it…

Johnson Wen, 26, became the talk of the town when he decided to hop over a barricade at Resorts World Sentosa on November 13th, all to get close to Grande on the yellow carpet. In the clip, you can see him throwing his arm around her, like he was living out some fan fantasy. But sis wasn’t feeling it! Security and co-star Cynthia Erivo had to step in and pull him off her.

So, here’s the kicker: Wen, who was locked up since November 14th, didn’t get some crazy sentence. Judge Christopher Goh basically gave him a little tap on the wrist—just nine days in jail. The judge called his actions “attention-seeking” and said he thought he could get away with it in Singapore. But the law is the law. Wen pled guilty to causing a public nuisance, saying he knew what he was doing would tick people off.

But wait, there’s more! He even posted about the whole scene on his Instagram that night, saying he was “free” after getting arrested, and even threw up clips of the incident on TikTok, thanking Ariana!

Turns out, Wen didn’t just fly to Singapore for chaos. He came on November 11th, saying it was for the premiere and a vacay. Before the event, he posted an Instagram story of himself laughing, saying, “That’s my best friend, Ariana Grande,” like they were already on nickname terms.

So, there he was, waiting for his moment to shine. At 7:00 p.m. on the night of the premiere, he jumped the barricade, ran for Ariana, and made his move. Cynthia Erivo wasn’t having it and rushed over to break his hold on Ariana while security escorted him out.

Even behind bars, Wen kept posting about the scene. His whole social media presence is like a “look at me” show, for real.

And get this: This isn’t his first rodeo. He’s disrupted concerts by Katy Perry, The Weeknd, and The Chainsmokers before.

Will nine days in jail be enough for him to chill out and stop his attention-seeking behavior? Only time will tell.
