Folks are distancing themselves from Sean “Diddy” Combs, but Boosie Badazz still believes in his innocence. Boosie considers Combs a friend but isn’t feeling his recent actions.
Boosie ridiculed the way Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs reacted to his sentencing
During a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, Boosie reiterated his support for Combs.
“Diddy’s my partner, bro,” he said. “I feel like Diddy ain’t never did nothing wrong, bro.”
However, Boosie wasn’t too happy with Diddy’s courtroom reaction. He expressed his frustration with how Combs behaved upon hearing his verdict.
“I’m mad at him right now, though, man,” he continued. “He went on the f***ing floor crying… he went under the thing f***ing crying.”
Word is Combs didn’t expect any jail time after his acquittal on most charges. He even had speaking gigs lined up! Boosie felt his reaction was a bad look, especially with his children present.
“You got your children in there, n****. You’re a man, you stand on that,” Boosie stated. “He was crying under the table. I want to talk to Diddy. He need to call my phone. I need to ask him, why the f*** did you get down there under that f***ing table.”
Boosie thinks his trial will go differently than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ did
Boosie is gearing up for his own federal gun case trial. Unlike Combs, he doesn’t expect to be locked up.
“I’m confident like a muthaf*****,” he said. “I ain’t going to jail. I don’t speak that out my mouth. I’m from down south. Your word, your mouth, is a powerful source.”
He believes his judge is understanding, boosting his confidence.
“It’s still up to the judge,” he said. “It’s up to God, but it’s up to the judge… I don’t have a judge that hates me this time. I’ve always had judges that crucified me.”
His release date was recently pushed back
Combs’ sentence of 50 months felt light to some. Originally, his release was set for May 8, 2028, with good behavior. Now, it’s June 4, 2028.
The reason for the date change isn’t clear, but it followed rumors of him drinking in prison, which his publicist denied.

p id=”par-14_76″>“Mr. Combs is in his first week at FCI Fort Dix and is focused on adjusting, working on himself, and doing better each day,” spokesperson Juda Engelmayer told TMZ. “As with any high-profile individual in a new environment, there will be many rumors and exaggerated stories throughout his time there—most of them untrue. We ask that people give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal growth with grace and purpose.”
The Bureau of Prisons also remained tight-lipped.
