Okay, so Blac Chyna is definitely not playing quietly when it comes to these abuse allegations. The reality TV star and entrepreneur is fiercely pushing back against claims made by her ex, Taiyon βTwinβ Hector. Sheβs now accusing him of violent behavior right inside her own home, and get this β her kids were reportedly nearby.
In a recent court filing dated December 30th (obtained by USA TODAY on January 14th), Blac Chyna, whose birth name is Angela White, alleges that Hector βengaged in a pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behaviorβ towards her.
This paperwork is part of a civil lawsuit Hector himself filed earlier in 2024. According to Whiteβs filing, things reportedly escalated to a breaking point in March 2023. She claims Hector refused to leave her house, then βbecame hostile and violent.β White accuses him of choking her, spitting on her, and verbally abusing her, all while her nanny was present. To add insult to injury, she also says he destroyed her βexpensive designer wigs, hairpieces, and clothing.β
Even more concerning, White states this terrifying incident happened while her children were home. King, 13 (whom she shares with rapper Tyga), and Dream, 9 (her daughter with Rob Kardashian), were reportedly asleep nearby.
White maintains she was not the aggressor, emphasizing that she βdid not initiate violence and acted solely in self-defense.β Police were ultimately called to the scene, and Hector was removed from the residence.
The experience, she claims, left a deep and lasting fear. This alleged altercation caused her βto fear not only for her own safety, but also for the safety and well-being of her children.β
Interestingly, Hectorβs accusations against White actually kicked off this legal drama. In a lawsuit filed in September 2024, he painted her as the abuser, alleging a history of unprovoked, βalcohol and drug fueledβ violence. One particular allegation describes a September 2021 incident where he claims White βsavagelyβ beat him while he was asleep.
To complicate matters, Hector was granted an entry of default in the case because White didn’t respond within the required timeframe. While this could potentially lead to a win for him, no final judgment has been issued yet, so the game isn’t over.
For now, this courtroom showdown continues. Both sides are telling vastly different stories, and it’s clear neither Blac Chyna nor Taiyon Hector are backing down.
