Our girl Brandy has been absolutely shining, making headlines for all the right reasons during her “Boy Is Mine” Tour with Monica. Major stars have been popping out to show their love and support, creating a real moment in music.

However, as we all know, peace in celebrity land often doesn’t last long. Brandy recently found herself in a little drama, and now she’s stepping up to clear the air.

If you blinked, you might have missed it, but her brother Ray J hopped on Instagram with a full-on “crash out” video. He boldly claimed that Jay-Z and Beyoncé attended multiple shows but never once spoke to Brandy or even took a picture with her. Things got even messier when fans noticed some rather spicy comments from Brandy’s Instagram account appearing on Beyoncé fan pages. One comment read, “That’s my outfit you down here in.” Another went even further, stating, “I dare you to come down here again and take a picture with me it will go viral!!!”

Naturally, everyone assumed Ray J had snatched her phone and gone rogue. But Brandy quickly stepped in to set the record straight. She released a statement on her IG Story:

“The @brandy Instagram account was previously compromised, as of early morning Tuesday, December 2nd. At this time, all access has now been fully restored. Brandy looks forward to seeing everyone this weekend at #TheBoylsMineTour!”

Meanwhile, Beyoncé has indeed been spotted at several shows, supporting the girls, including Kelly Rowland, who is also a headliner. While she has posted some backstage pics, Queen Bey has remained completely silent on all the noise surrounding this situation.

And honestly, knowing Beyoncé, she probably won’t address it.

#Socialites, do you think Ray J was blowing things out of proportion? Sound off in the comment box below!
