The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) just announced the shiny new Platinum plaque, formally recognizing equivalent U.S. sales of 1 million units.
With the album barely out the gate, some might be scratching their heads, wondering… how?
Well, it’s the inclusion of the 9x Platinum banger ‘WAP’ featuring Megan Thee Stallion and the 5x Platinum anthem ‘Up’ that qualifies the entire album for the coveted honor. Talk about instant classics!
