According to reports, Chris Brown faced legal action filed by Diamond Brown regarding their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown. Court documents reveal Diamond filed the suit on April 3, claiming Chris had already acknowledged paternity in a signed voluntary declaration. Lovely was born January 7, 2022, and has been living full-time with her mother in Los Angeles.
In the filing, Diamond is asking for both legal and physical custody while leaving the door open for visitation rights. She’s also requesting that he cover her legal fees. Standard custody stuff, but the way it all went down? That’s where things got real.
