Diddy’s Prison Record: Fights and Violations

Diddy has been running into serious trouble behind bars. His disciplinary record, now public, reveals he’s already paid a steep price for his conduct at FCI Fort Dix.
Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, obtained Diddy‘s full disciplinary history and shared it with BlkCosmo. The record includes multiple fights and phone violations spanning several months this year.

According to Rojas, Diddy was written up for fighting on July 31 and September 30, with another major violation recorded October 1. Two minor phone violations also appeared on his record, one on July 7 and another on September 19, 2025.
The consequences are real. Rojas says Diddy lost 41 days of good time credit—days that could have shortened his sentence—along with 400 days of commissary privileges. That’s a serious hit to an inmate’s quality of life.
The commissary penalty matters more than it might sound. Prisoners rely on it to stock up on cakes, snacks, and other foods they can’t access through regular prison meals. Losing access for 400 days is a big deal.
The pattern of disciplinary issues could also label Diddy as a “disruptive” inmate, making him eligible for transfer to another facility. That hasn’t happened yet, but it remains a possibility.
Earlier this year, Diddy’s prison release date was pushed back from January 21, 2028 to March 2, 2028—adding over a month to his sentence.
The disciplinary details emerge after NBC News reported that Diddy allegedly received VIP treatment behind bars, including access to a contraband cellphone, alcohol, massages, and upscale meals. Prison officials launched an investigation, and he was subsequently placed in solitary confinement pending their findings.
Last week, Diddy’s ex Aubrey O’Day appeared on BlkCosmo Live to comment on the reports of his alleged special treatment inside the prison.
Diddy is serving a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. He was convicted on two prostitution-related charges in 2025, though he was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering counts.
