Drew Sidora is making serious new allegations as her divorce from Ralph Pittman continues to escalate. According to newly surfaced court documents, the The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is asking a judge to reconsider the order requiring her to vacate the Georgia home she shares with Pittman by the end of next month.
Drew Sidora claims she does not currently have the financial resources to move and says she and her child could be left homeless if the ruling is not reversed.
But the biggest shock comes from allegations included in her filing. Drew says she previously submitted evidence of a video in which Pittman could allegedly be heard physically assaulting their son. She claims Pittman admitted to the incident in 2024 but later denied it during a court hearing in March 2026.
The divorce battle has already seen major developments, including a judge awarding Pittman primary custody of their two children after concerns were raised about school attendance while in Drew’s care. Sidora is now questioning that decision, pointing to what she describes as a “documented history” of abuse and raising concerns about the children’s well-being.
She also alleges the couple is behind on mortgage payments, adding further pressure to an already tense situation. As of now, the court has not ruled on Drew’s latest request, and Pittman has not publicly responded to the allegations.
