The reality star recently took a moment to address two major topics—those rumors claiming she was once intimate with rapper The Game, and her escalating feud with Jennifer Williams. Evelyn Shuts Down Rumors
In a recent interview on ‘BlkCosmo Live,’ Evelyn firmly shut down the gossip, making it crystal clear that she has never had a romantic or sexual relationship with The Game—who, for the record, is actually the ex of her daughter, Shaniece Hairston, and her grandson’s father.
“That is absolutely not true. And, I think it’s disgusting. At the end of the day, that’s my grandson’s father. We have a cool, little, private family unit, and for anyone to say something like that…[is]nasty work.”
Though Evelyn also claims that she is not “innocent,” she alludes to never crossing a boundary that sensitive. Her comments also mention how these rumors are being made up to “deflect what’s really happening,” seemingly hinting at her feud with co-star Jennifer Williams. Her comments come after Jennifer Williams and Christian Gold’s aunt, Lauren Stovall, alleged that Evelyn slept with the rapper on social media.

What Sparked This?
The tension between Evelyn and Jennifer appeared to reach new levels after Evelyn called Jennifer’s new man, Christian Gold, a “felon” during an episode of ‘Basketball Wives.’ Jennifer clapped back with a low blow, throwing shade by referencing Evelyn’s past relationships, including a jab involving The Game. That comment triggered Evelyn’s daughter, Shaniece, who jumped in to defend her mom, and things only spiraled from there.
Not long after, Evelyn decided to clear the air with receipts, taking to Instagram to share alleged text messages she sent to Jennifer, warning her against legally marrying Christian. In response, Jennifer posted an Instagram Story that turned heads — a photo of her husband, Christian, standing beside Evelyn’s ex-fiancé, Lavon Lewis. Without directly addressing Evelyn, she congratulated Lavon on his new engagement, appearing to send a loud message without saying much. But, things didn’t cool down from there—Evelyn hopped on X and fired back by accusing Christian of owing child support.
