Fetty Wap Release Date: Coming Home Early!

Fetty Wap is one step closer to freedom, and the streets are talking!

It’s been a minute since the Trap Queen days, and we’ve missed him!
Locked away, the brother’s been quiet except for family updates and those #FreeFetty shout-outs. Once he was THE voice of the 2010s, but then the feds stepped in and hit him with that six-year drug trafficking bid.

But guess what? There’s some real movement happening.

Word on the street, according to Us Weekly, is that the 34-year-old is getting out sooner than we thought! December 8, 2026, is the new date! That’s a major jump from March 2027, and even earlier than January 8! The courts ain’t saying why the change, but the news has set social media on FIRE!

Folks are saying this is the hope they’ve been waiting for!

Right now, he’s chilling at FCI Sandstone in Minnesota, but once he’s out, he’ll be on supervised probation for five years. It’s not as early as we’d hoped, but it’s still a major move towards getting him back home…and maybe back on the mic!

His fam’s been holding it down for him. Earlier this year, his sister, Divinity Maxwell-Butts, was out there fighting for a second chance. She made it clear it was a nonviolent charge and that Fetty owned up to it all. She pushed for mercy and leniency, know what I mean?

She even started a hashtag campaign, calling on officials to think about a pardon. She’s speaking for all the fans who want to see the Jersey star back with his kids and family.

Even behind bars, Fetty’s music still bangs! We’re still bumping those chart-toppers and singing those catchy melodies from his breakout. Photos and updates reminding us of the man behind the music have kept his legacy alive and kicking.

With the holidays just around the corner, this new release date feels like a gift, a reminder that second chances are real.

Fetty Wap’s comeback is looking closer than we ever expected.
