New images have just dropped for Finding Joy, Tyler Perry’s latest holiday romance that blends heart, humor, and healing. This one looks like it’s going to hit all the right notes for the season!

The film stars Shannon Thornton (P-Valley) as Joy, a talented New York fashion designer whose brilliance is dimmed by an unappreciative boss and a love life that’s just as uninspiring. Sound familiar, fam? We’ve all been there.

When Joy’s loyal besties Ashley (Brittany S. Hall) and Littia (Inayah) encourage her to shoot her shot with longtime crush Colton (Aaron O’Connell), she takes a leap of faith all the way to Colorado in search of a little Christmas magic. But when the trip doesn’t go as planned, a shocking revelation and a snowstorm leave her stranded and questioning everything.

Just when things feel like they can’t get any worse, Joy crosses paths with Ridge (Tosin Morohunfola), a stranger who challenges her to see herself and love in a whole new light. What follows is a warm, wintery story about second chances, rediscovering purpose, and finding joy where you least expect it.

Finding Joy is written, produced, and directed by Tyler Perry, with Angi Bones and Will Areu also serving as producers. We know Tyler always brings the drama and the feels, so get ready!

The film stars Shannon Thornton, Tosin Morohunfola, Brittany S. Hall, Inayah, Eric Stanton Betts, Aaron O’Connell, Natalie O’Connell, Jeffery Thomas Johnson, and Whitney Goin.
