Doe says he later fully regained consciousness and noticed blood coming from his rectum, which led him to get tested for infections. The first results came back negative, but months later, a retest confirmed his worst nightmare: he had contracted HIV.

The plaintiff states that the diagnosis has devastated him, and he continues to suffer severe emotional, physical, and psychological trauma as a result of the incident. His lawsuit includes claims of sxual assault, sxual battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He’s seeking unspecified financial damages.
