Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta are moving toward settling her lawsuit, which centers on allegations of sexual harassment and other serious misconduct claims.
According to legal documents obtained by BlkCosmo, both sides met on June 4 for mediation and agreed in principle to settle. The court removed the next hearing from the calendar, giving counsel time to finalize the agreement.
Pisciotta filed suit in June 2024, claiming Kanye West fired her after sending explicit sexual texts and videos. The complaint included one message that detailed inappropriate sexual preferences, followed by allegations of unwanted physical contact at a hotel.
She also claimed he touched her without consent during a hotel stay before falling asleep.

Pisciotta’s complaint also included a claim that West drugged her during a studio session cohosted by Diddy.
The settlement comes as West faces additional allegations from other women. Jenn An spoke to BBC this month, claiming West sexually assaulted and physically roughed her up in 2010 while she was auditioning for a music video role alongside the duo La Roux.
