Reality star Joseline Hernandez is out here collecting wins, and we love to see it! She’s celebrating a huge milestone: three years sober, clean, and focused on her well-being.

Just this week, Joseline Hernandez dropped an Instagram post that had us all cheering. The clip showed her absolutely crushing a boxing workout, proving she’s not just sober – she’s fully locked in and thriving. She got real about what this journey means to her, sharing some powerful words:

“3 years off that nose candy. 3 years of clear mind. 3 years of solitude. My mind is clear and the body is Strong.”

She didn’t stop there, reflecting on how close she came to losing everything and expressing profound gratitude to be here today.

“I thank god everyday I didn’t loose my life to the white girl. Young girls it’s not a game and it’s not worth it. Thank you guys also for those silent prayers for your fave! Me g I love y’all.”

We all know Joseline isn’t one to hold back, especially when it comes to her truth. She’s always been transparent about her past struggles with cocaine and other substances, even admitting to performing under the influence for over ten years.

Last June (2023), she hit another emotional peak with her first sober performance. She shared with the audience that it was her first concert without cocaine or pills in 12 years. That moment deeply resonated with both her and her dedicated fanbase.

The “Puerto Rican Princess” and Love & Hip Hop icon also got candid about her sobriety journey last year, right around her 38th birthday. In a heartfelt Instagram post, she wrote:

“38 times Around the Sun! I thought I would have never made it to see 35! drug free for 1 year”

And she continued:

“Thriving looking like a normal woman that loves herself and that is not face by the norms.”

Joseline then gave a shout-out to her fans who’ve been with her through her entire evolution, adding this gem:

“been watching me bubble for 14 years! Here is to the next 50 these pics are special to me because I can show who I am without any filters and I love myself so much at this age without looking like I’m a different person every year holding on to me for dear life.”

Even though she’s still the firecracker we all love on The Cabaret, fans are genuinely thrilled to see Joseline embracing a healthier, more grounded path. True growth doesn’t erase who you are; it just empowers you to become an even better version of yourself.
