Pinky Cole is pregnant with her fourth child, and she’s ready to celebrate it her way.
The Slutty Vegan founder shared the exciting news during part one of The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 reunion after host Andy Cohen asked about her first season on the Bravo series. When Cohen brought up some drama from the episode, Cole shut it down quick. “I don’t ever want to hear the ‘B’ word again,” she said with a smile. “The only ‘B’ word I want to talk about is the fact that I’m having a baby.” You could feel the energy shift in the room. Her announcement drew cheers from Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks, Drew Sidora, Shamea Morton Mwangi, Angela Oakley, Kelli Ferrell and K. Michelle.
Cole kept the laughs coming too. “I don’t want no problems, okay?” she joked before revealing that her mother “was mad as f–k” when she learned Pinky Cole was expecting another grandchild. A flashback showed Cole’s husband, entrepreneur Derrick Hayes, trying to break the news to her mom. “Huh? Hell to the no,” her mother shot back. It was hilarious and real—the kind of family moment that resonates.
Cole shared that the baby is due in December and teased that the child might receive a Bravo-inspired name that would be perfect as a statement piece in her growing family legacy. She and Hayes are already parents to daughter D Ella and sons Derrick Hayes Jr. and David Asher Hayes, nicknamed Dash. Building a beautiful blended family takes intention and strength—qualities Cole has shown throughout her journey as an entrepreneur and now as a reality TV personality.
