“Simon has not fulfilled the responsibilities he agreed to,” her lawyers declared with conviction in the legal documents. You know Porsha’s team doesn’t play.
Remember when these two tied the knot back in 2022? Well, their union lasted a mere 15 months before hitting some serious turbulence. The fallout has been anything but amicable, marked by complicated financial disputes and Simon’s immigration woes. Earlier this year, his U.S. citizenship application was rejected, and shortly thereafter, he found himself in ICE custody.
The court files also shed light on Simon’s complex immigration history—he arrived in the U.S. in 1982, was ordered for deportation in 1985, and later re-entered the country, overstaying his visa. It’s a lot!
