A Las Vegas valet who won a major court judgment against Quavo is now pursuing collection on the seven-figure award. According to court documents obtained by BlkCosmo, Antonio Henry, who sued the Migos member for assault and battery, has begun collection proceedings in Georgia after securing his Nevada judgment.
Henry’s case dates back to 2020, when he filed suit over an incident that allegedly occurred in 2018 at Encore Hotel & Casino. He claimed Quavo slapped him while he was working as a valet, during what he described as an attempt to break up a fight. Quavo denied the allegations at the time.

Henry claimed he suffered both physical and emotional injuries from the encounter. The case proceeded to trial in Nevada, where a judge sided with the valet.
The court ordered Quavo to pay Henry more than $650,000 in compensatory and punitive damages. With interest and attorney fees factored in, the total judgment exceeded $1.1 million.

Now Henry has filed documentation in Georgia to enforce collection on the judgment. It’s a standard legal move when a plaintiff seeks to recover funds from a defendant who may have assets or income in another state.
The case reflects an ongoing legal battle that has spanned years, with Henry pursuing what he views as necessary compensation for the incident at the casino.
