The estate administrator indicated plans to work directly with Tay’s record label and publishing companies to ensure all payments and royalties flow to the estate. Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, known professionally as Tay Keith, died on June 18, 2026, at just 29 years old. The Nashville-based producer had become a notable figure in hip-hop and rap production, collaborating with major artists including Travis Scott and Sexyy Red throughout his career.
He was discovered dead in his Nashville apartment after his girlfriend called 911 requesting a welfare check. She reported that he had contacted her asking her to come over, but then became unresponsive. She informed police that he had previously dealt with high blood pressure and respiratory issues.
