50 Cent couldn’t help himself. While performing at LIV Beach in Las Vegas on Saturday, the rapper took aim at Diddy over his nemesis’ recent prison brawl, cracking jokes about Puffy’s time in solitary confinement. And yes, it’s all on video.
During his set, the Queens native thanked the crowd for showing up. “You could’ve been anywhere, you picked being here. Thank you. You coulda been in Fort Dix with Puffy in the box,” he said, referencing the federal penitentiary in New Jersey where Diddy is currently detained.

The comment landed as a direct jab at Diddy’s current situation. The music mogul ended up in solitary confinement after getting into a physical altercation with another inmate at FCI Fort Dix. The ordeal marked yet another low point for Combs, who’s been dealing with mounting legal troubles.
For 50 Cent, the rivalry shows no signs of cooling. He spent much of Diddy’s federal trial last year making public jabs, and he even served as executive producer on Netflix’s documentary series “Sean Combs: The Reckoning,” which offered a far from flattering portrait of the Bad Boy Records founder.

Diddy’s new restrictions in solitary presented an easy opening for the jab. Life in the hole comes with its own set of rules and limitations, making it prime material for someone as skilled at the diss game as 50 Cent.
Whether this will be the last shot fired in their ongoing feud remains to be seen, but if recent years are any indication, don’t expect either side to back down anytime soon.
