Blueface is now facing a serious financial consequence for his past social media feuding. The rapper’s music royalties are being redirected to Jackilyn Martinez, Blueface‘s mother of Soulja Boy’s child, to settle a substantial debt, according to court documents obtained by BlkCosmo.
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge approved Martinez’s request to garnish all of Blueface’s royalties from ASCAP and BMI, redirecting them toward a $123,000 judgment against him. The financial measure represents a significant escalation in what began as a defamation lawsuit.

Martinez obtained the default judgment in April 2025 after Blueface failed to respond to her initial lawsuit. She originally sought $10 million, claiming Blueface had defamed her through public statements made during an escalating conflict with Soulja Boy.
The dispute stems from inflammatory claims Blueface made on social media while feuding with Soulja Boy. During their beef, Blueface alleged he had been intimate with Martinez, going so far as to claim the encounter happened the day before her baby shower with Soulja Boy’s child.
In posts on X, Blueface wrote brazenly about the alleged encounter and even suggested paternity questions about Soulja Boy’s child, stating, “Tell Soulja get a DNA test that’s my child lil bro I’m the daddy now.”
Martinez flatly denied the allegations in court filings, asserting that any sexual contact with Blueface occurred in 2018 and involved protection. She stated she had no interaction with him in the years following, and emphasized the timeline made his claims biologically impossible.

In her court declaration, Martinez was unambiguous. “I did not engage in any sexual activity with Blueface the day before my baby shower, or while I was pregnant,” she stated. “There is zero chance that Blueface is my child’s biological father.”
Beyond her case against Blueface, Martinez is also pursuing a separate child support suit against Soulja Boy regarding their 3-year-old child.
