Sexual assault allegations are serious matters that deserve careful examination. Miami plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein is denying a woman’s lawsuit claiming he drugged and assaulted her at his Star Island mansion. His legal team says video and text evidence will challenge her account in court.
The 59-year-old surgeon, previously married to Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, faces a lawsuit from a woman identified as Jane Doe. She alleges the incident occurred in May 2025 and is seeking damages for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Hochstein’s attorney, Lorne Berkeley, told TMZ they have evidence they believe contradicts her claims. This case touches on important conversations about accountability and justice. Sexual assault allegations require thorough investigation and respect for all parties involved.
“Dr. Hochstein categorically denies the allegations asserted against him,” Berkeley stated. “We possess evidence that we believe materially contradicts the claims and evidence that will be presented in the appropriate legal forum.”
According to TMZ, the defense argues that video footage shows the woman leaving Hochstein’s home, conversing with him, and appearing comfortable before getting into an Uber. A brief clip was shared with the woman’s face blurred, though the full video wasn’t released due to its sensitive nature.
Berkeley also referenced text messages the woman allegedly sent to Hochstein afterward, discussing his plans for the next evening and expressing interest in seeing him again. He claimed monetary demands were made in July 2025.
The woman’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, countered that he’s aware of the video but insists it “[changed] nothing” about her account. He also denied claims that she was dancing during the incident.
