See, Instagram model and Fashion Nova ambassador Aileen Lopera (aka Lord Gisselle) hit the courts back in December 2024, claiming Diggs is the father of her baby girl. According to Page Six, she wants full custody, plus Diggs covering all those pregnancy bills.
Baby Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera arrived on April 2nd. Fast forward to July, and Diggs is saying he ain’t sure he’s the daddy and wants a DNA test. If he *is* the father, he wants joint custody and to split those hefty medical and legal costs.
This all went public right when Cardi B graced our screens to announce baby number two with Diggs. Talk about timing, right? She told Gayle King on CBS Mornings she was in a “good space”, feeling all kinds of excited.
This comes after Cardi’s split from Offset, where she accused him of being a deadbeat. Now, as she’s getting ready for this new chapter with Diggs, his name’s caught up in a whole different kind of game.
