Tory Lanez Stabbing: Prison Warden Faces Lawsuit
The prison warden being sued by Tory Lanez is slamming his $100 million lawsuit, blaming Tory and the prison guards for his stabbing at the hands of another inmate. The warden admits Tory was stabbed by an inmate named Santino Casio with an inmate-manufactured weapon while both were housed in the same facility. Tory was stabbed 14 times and suffered two collapsed lungs.

D4vd Gets Public Defender Instead of Private Team
David Burke, better known as singer D4vd, confirmed in court Monday that he is dropping his private legal team and turning his murder defense over to public defenders. The 21-year-old is accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez and has pleaded not guilty.

Duane "Keffe D" Davis, the man recently convicted of orchestrating Tupac's 1996 murder, has been sentenced to 40 years to life. Judge Denies Rick Ross Jail Release Request
Rick Ross appeared before Judge Mindy Glazer following his Wednesday arrest on battery charges in Miami. His attorney Bradley Horenstein asked whether the rapper's release could be expedited because of his fame and concerns for his safety in jail. Glazer wasn't impressed by the celebrity argument, telling Ross, "I have no idea who you are." She then added he'd be treated fairly just like everybody else there.

Nicki Minaj has popped up in New Hampshire for Election Day enjoying a photo opportunity outside a polling place. According to NBC 10, Nicki was being escorted by police for an appearance outside a polling location at Pinkerton Academy in Derry. She had a quick exchange with a woman in the crowd who thanked her for touring with President Trump, before being led away to an unmarked tour bus.
