The British rapper and YouTube personality was acquitted of three sexual penetration charges, one count of impeding the woman’s breathing and another assault charge following an eight-day trial. Yung Filly remains on bail while prosecutors decide on next steps.
Jurors were unable to reach verdicts on three additional sexual penetration counts. Prosecutors may decide whether to pursue a retrial when the case returns to court on August 21. The woman told the court she met Yung Filly after his September 2024 performance and had once viewed him as her “idol”—a moment that shifted dramatically once they were alone together.
