Word on the street is, the Bronx queen revealed the shocking reason why she and the Migos rapper are *still* legally hitched. Apparently, Offset is playing hardball, refusing to sign those divorce papers unless Cardi agrees to foot the bill for his massive tax debt – we’re talking millions, y’all! And to add insult to injury, he wants one of their homes thrown in the mix too. Cardi ain’t backing down, though. She’s fighting those demands like the boss she is.
