The divorce between The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker is officially settled—and let’s just say, both walked away with something… but no monthly checks involved.
According to the finalized agreement, neither Kandi nor Todd will pay each other child support or spousal support. Instead, the two agreed to a clean financial break—with Kandi Burruss paying Todd a one-time lump sum of $426,000 to balance things out.
The former couple, who tied the knot back in 2014, will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Ace and Blaze. While Kandi will hold onto the kids’ passports, Todd can request them ahead of any international travel.
When it comes to assets, both sides kept it pretty lavish.
Kandi is rolling away with her fleet, including a Bentley SUV, Cadillac Escalade, Ford F-250, Porsche Cayenne, and even a classic 1963 Chevy Camaro. Meanwhile, Todd isn’t leaving empty-handed—he’s taking a Mercedes G-Wagon, Porsche 911, Range Rover, a vintage Ford Bronco, a 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford Transit van.
The exes also agreed to sell off a food truck they owned together, while details about their real estate split remain under wraps. One thing that was clear? Todd has 15 days to move out of Kandi’s guest house—ending that back-and-forth drama where Kandi accused him of squatting, while Todd claimed he was kicked out of their main home.
There were even smaller details tied up in the deal—like Todd paying Kandi $38,000 to settle the balance on their 2025–2026 Atlanta Hawks season tickets… which Kandi will be keeping.
After months of courtroom tension over custody and finances, the two finally reached a resolution—and it looks like they chose peace over prolonged battles.
No monthly support. Just one big check and a clean break.
