Annemarie Wiley files for divorce and a restraining order on the same day

Annemarie returned to Beverly Hills and filed for divorce on Monday, July 6, citing irreconcilable differences. Annemarie’s restraining order request reveals far more than a single incident. She claimed her husband raped her multiple times and physically assaulted her on numerous occasions. Court filings outline a 2019 incident where Annemarie alleges Marcellus threw a bottle at her while she was nine months pregnant. Additional allegations include multiple rapes in 2026 and at least one incident from 2012. These aren’t isolated moments—they’re part of what she describes as an ongoing cycle of abuse that required professional intervention and legal documentation.

Marcellus has been accused of sexual assault before
