Intimate privacy rights have become a critical conversation in entertainment and beyond. Daphne Joy is speaking publicly after an alleged intimate video involving her, Sean “Diddy” Combs and adult entertainer Sly Diggler leaked online without consent.
The OnlyFans creator claimed earlier this week that she “never consented” to being recorded and accused “the person in the video” of trying to extort her through blackmail. In addressing these serious allegations, Joy is reclaiming her narrative. Intimate privacy rights matter, especially when dealing with non-consensual recordings and coercion tactics.
In a recent interview with DJ Akademiks, she was asked about her personal preferences. The video has been a hot topic after the leaked footage sparked conversations online.
“It’s all about the motion in the ocean,” she answered, keeping things light and reflective. Akademiks then pressed further about her standards, but Joy seemed unbothered by the line of questioning.
“There are so many ways to pleasure one another,” she said thoughtfully. Joy continued, “Even kissing. And foreplay and everything else. It’s not the end all or be all for me.” Her response showed emotional maturity and an understanding of intimate connection that goes beyond surface-level judgments.
The 39-year-old also denied fake moaning during intimate moments, offering candid insight into her own experience.
“I feel like, in the moment, I’m so into it that, to be honest, I don’t even hear myself moaning,” Joy continued. “But I probably am moaning because I’m just so into the dance.”
Joy, who shares a 13-year-old son with 50 Cent, previously posted an Instagram Story on June 2 asking, “Does size really matter?” and directed followers to her OnlyFans account.
50 Cent later reacted to the leaked video in an Instagram post, writing, “Can you imagine going to eighth grade to find out this is your mom?”—a comment that sparked its own conversation about accountability and parenting in the public eye.
The disgraced music mogul was sentenced to more than four years in prison after being convicted on prostitution-related transportation charges, though he was acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He is also appealing his conviction.
